About the client
Certiwa are ISO consultants from Malmö, part of Svensk Personalplanering AB, who take small and medium-sized companies in Sweden to certificates for eight ISO standards, with NIS2 regulation covered as well. They work at a fixed price, digitally and paper-free wherever possible, and the process runs from gap analysis, through building the management system, to the internal audit and support at certification itself.
Besides this site we also built Certiwa's client portal at portal.certiwa.se, a separate project in this portfolio: the site brings clients in, the portal takes them to the certificate.
Challenge
The Swedish ISO certification market is held by large players and consultant jargon, while Certiwa targets small and medium-sized companies with a straight message: a fixed price and a management system that fits the actual business instead of binders of documentation. The site has to win organic positions on google.se for Swedish ISO phrases, which means the content must read as natural Swedish and survive expert scrutiny.
Solution
A static Astro site in Swedish, built around search: a dedicated page for each of the eight standards (9001, 14001, 45001, 27001, 20000-1, 22301, 13485, 42001), a certification cost calculator, a clear four-step process, pricing, a blog and guides. Trust is built through transparency: the site openly says they are consultants, not a certification body, and that certificates are verified in the IAF CertSearch registry.
Result
A complete Swedish presence with 18 pages and a sitemap, ready for organic growth. Alongside the site we also built Certiwa's client portal, a separate project in this portfolio, so the brand covers both sales and delivery with the same identity. By the site's own offer, clients typically reach their certificate in 3 to 6 months.
