What we collect

Data you send us via the contact form: name, email, phone (optional), company (optional), project details and your message.

Technical data: to prevent form abuse, the sender's IP is stored briefly in hashed form and deleted automatically within one hour. The server keeps standard access logs.

Cookies: one functional cookie remembering your language choice, plus the analytics and advertising cookies described below.

Analytics (Google Analytics 4): to understand how the site is used we run Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.). These tools collect aggregate, statistical visit data (pages viewed, device type, approximate city-level location, traffic source) via cookies. GA4 does not log full IP addresses. We use this data solely for statistics and site improvement. You can opt out through your browser's cookie settings or Google's official opt-out add-on.

Google Ads: to measure the performance of our ads and show more relevant ads (remarketing) we use a Google Ads tag (Google Ireland Ltd.). Via cookies it records whether a visit came from one of our ads and which pages were viewed; it does not record your name, email or message contents. You can opt out of advertising cookies at Google Ads Settings or by blocking cookies in your browser.

Why we process data

• Replying to your inquiry: based on your consent and our legitimate interest.
• Preparing a proposal and cooperation: for contract execution if we work together.
• Abuse prevention: technical data processed to prevent spam and attacks.

Retention

Contact-form messages arrive as email and are kept as long as needed for our correspondence, at most two years after last contact, unless a contractual relationship applies, in which case statutory retention periods apply.

Sharing

We never sell your data. It is processed only by our service providers: hosting (EU-based servers) and email delivery, strictly on our instructions.

Your rights

Under the Serbian Personal Data Protection Act you may request access, correction or deletion, withdraw consent, object to processing and lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection. One email to info@izradawebsajta.co is enough.
