About the client
2DO Consulting is a consulting firm from Belgrade, founded in 2017: it develops leaders, teams and organisations through business simulations, organisational consulting and HR support. Its clients include Microsoft, Oracle, EY, Deloitte and NIS.
Alongside its services, the firm runs two certificate academies, the Strategic Business Academy and the HR Strategic Business Partner Academy, six modules each. So the site is not just a business card: it carries academy applications, references and news, in Serbian and English.
Challenge
A consulting firm that has worked with companies like Microsoft, Oracle, EY, Deloitte and NIS sells trust, and it offers three different things: educational events and business simulations, organisational consulting and HR outsourcing, plus two academies with applications. The old WordPress site struggled to carry that breadth, and everything had to work in Serbian and English.
Solution
We hand-built the new site on an Astro base: fully static, with styles and scripts embedded in the page itself, not a single external CSS or JS file, so it opens practically instantly. The structure follows the visitor's decisions (services, academies, clients, news, contact), references and a gallery carry the proof, and applications and inquiries go to our PHP endpoint. The whole structure exists in an English version too.
Result
The site carries references, two academies and news without WordPress maintenance: no plugins, no updates, and an inquiry arrives with context because the form asks what the conversation should be about. The same structure in two languages covers both domestic and international clients.
