About the project
Moj Magacin is business software for small and mid-sized companies that have outgrown Excel: article and stock records across warehouses, invoicing with payment statuses, customer registries and reports, all on one dashboard.
It is built as a web application (Next.js + PostgreSQL) accessed from any computer in the company, with no installations or per-seat licences, and new modules are added as the client’s business grows.
Challenge
The company tracked inventory in notebooks and Excel, with invoicing in a separate program unaware of stock levels. Duplicate entries, wrong stock counts and hours lost on monthly reconciliation.
Solution
We built a web application that unifies inventory and invoicing: items with stock levels and low-stock alerts, invoices that automatically deduct stock, customer records with history and a dashboard with revenue and receivables. Runs in the browser with role-based access.
Result
Duplicate entry eliminated, stock levels accurate at all times, and monthly reconciliation went from two days to two clicks. The report builds itself.
